My background sits at the intersection of people, work, and technology. I spent nearly two decades leading HR in the tech world, hold a Psychology degree from UCLA and senior HR certifications, and now work hands-on with AI while also helping shape and improve AI tools. That combination lets me look at both what technology can do and how real people actually use it at work.

It depends on what you’re trying to figure out. I help with practical AI use and adoption, HR and people challenges, leadership and communication, career and workplace situations, and the gaps that can make work harder than it needs to be. Sometimes AI is the answer. Sometimes it isn’t. We start with the problem and figure out what will actually help.

Individuals, small business owners, teams, and organizations. I also partner with colleges and career centers, workforce programs, chambers and SBDCs, cities, libraries, and nonprofits. Support can range from personalized 1:1 sessions to workshops, cohorts, and custom programs.

I help you figure out where AI can be useful, choose practical ways to use it, and help people confidently put it to work. I teach, guide, customize, and support adoption, but I don’t build software, run automations, or access your technology systems.
