What is your background/experience?
With a Psychology degree from UCLA, with an emphasis on workplace dynamics, and certifications in HR and leadership— I spent 17 years as a Human Resources leader in the corporate world. Between guiding companies through mergers, to creating equitable pay systems, and developing top talent, I've done it all. Now, as your Work Bestie, I’m using my background and skills to support your professional journey.
What is your approach/process?
For all of my one-on-one services—Empower Call, Work Bestie Support + Partnership, and Brand Collaboration—we’ll kick things off with a thoughtful questionnaire to really get to the heart of your challenges and goals. This way, I can bring fresh insights and strategies to our live Empower Call. And if we’re diving into Work Bestie Support + Partnership, or Brand Collaboration, I’ll create a custom plan that’s perfectly tailored to you.
What results can I expect?
It all depends on what you come to me wanting to tackle! But, results my clients have seen include: gaining confidence (whether it’s asking for a raise or speaking up in a big meeting), standing out as a leader and in interviews, navigating workplace dynamics with ease, enhancing their communication skills, overcoming self-doubt, achieving better work-life balance… and more!
