MEET YOUR AI + HR PROBLEM SOLVER
You know the BFF who shows up with takeout, asks the right questions, and somehow helps you figure out what to do next? That’s the energy I bring to organizations — backed by nearly two decades leading HR in tech and a very hands-on AI toolkit.
I help individuals and organizations put AI to work in ways that are practical, responsible, and actually useful, while strengthening the people side of work too. Think better communication, stronger leaders, smarter people practices, and support closing the gaps that keep teams from doing their best work.
I’m not here to build software or take over your systems. I’m here to help you figure out what could work better, translate the complicated stuff, and turn “we should really do something about that” into something that actually gets done.
I KNOW — I’VE SAT ON YOUR SIDE OF THE TABLE.
what you can expect from your WORK BESTIE
No AI for AI’s sake. We find where it can actually save you time, fill gaps, make work easier, or help you do something you couldn’t quite do before — then make it practical enough to actually use.
Knowing how to use AI is one thing. Knowing how people actually work is another. I bring deep HR and leadership experience to the table, so we can figure out where AI helps, where the human part matters more, and how to make the two work better together.
Sometimes AI is the answer. Sometimes it’s better communication, stronger leadership, a clearer process, or knowing how to handle what’s in front of you. We figure out what will actually help.
No one-size-fits-all advice or plain old stuffy professional development here. Whether it’s just you or a whole team, we start with what you’re trying to accomplish and build from there.
The work bestie Difference
That would be: my psychology degree from UCLA, 17 years as an HR and executive leader (former AVP of Total Rewards), SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications (translation: seriously legit HR professional), my CEO award, Client Success award, HR award, the confidence of knowing I created pay parity between men and women (at a TECH company, no less), Board of Directors experience, a seat on Google’s Small Business Advisory Board giving feedback on AI tools, and a whole lotta empathy, energy, and positivity — just to name a few.

Making complicated things feel doable — whether it’s AI, a people problem, or a workplace situation you’re not quite sure how to navigate
Starting with the problem, not the tool — sometimes AI can make work easier, faster, or fill a gap. Sometimes the answer is better communication, clearer expectations, or a different approach altogether.
Bringing AI and people know-how together — because knowing what a tool can do is only half the equation. How people actually work, lead, communicate, and adapt matters too.
Giving you something you can actually use — practical guidance, tools, prompts, frameworks, and next steps you can put to work when Monday morning rolls around.
Making it yours, not mine — no generic playbooks or one-size-fits-all advice. Everything starts with your goals, your reality, and what will actually work for you or your people.
Keeping the human in the loop — AI can help us do a lot, but judgment, relationships, context, and the decisions that matter still belong to people.
Whether you’re figuring out AI, navigating a people challenge, leading a team, or trying to do something you’ve never done before, I help you close the gap between “I have no idea how to do this” and “okay, I’ve got this.”
Work is changing fast, and nobody has time to become an expert in everything. That’s where your Work Bestie comes in.
