Hi, I'm steffani

17-year HR leader bringing together AI and modern HR to help people and businesses work smarter.

I believe there are few things more crucial to surviving your career than a ride-or-die Work Bestie you can laugh with, cry to, and confide in (another being coffee in close proximity). I spent nearly two decades in HR, navigating everything from mergers and pay equity to developing leaders and the tricky conversations nobody wants to have. Being immersed in a company building workplace technology also allowed me to directly influence how products were shaped, grounded in how people actually work and what they need to succeed.

Then I got curious about AI, and I got good at it. Today, I bring that same people-first perspective to companies I advise, like Google, helping shape AI tools around how real people and small businesses actually work. Now I do what I’ve always done: make complicated things easier to understand and actually useful at work. HR is my foundation. AI is the newest tool. People are still at the center.
