I believe there are few things more crucial to surviving your career than a ride-or-die Work Bestie you can laugh with, cry to, and confide in (another being coffee in close proximity).I spent 17+ years in HR, working across the systems, processes, programs, and decisions that shape how organizations and people actually work. From navigating M&A and organizational change to improving programs, implementing new technology, and streamlining the way work gets done, I learned to look at work and ask: How can we make this better?

I also spent more than a decade at a workplace technology company, where I saw firsthand how technology can change the way people learn, grow, and work. So when AI came along, I did what I’ve always done with new tools: got curious, got hands-on, and figured out how to make it useful.

Today, I bring those experiences together to help individuals and business owners make everyday work easier with AI — without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
