17-year human resources leader turned career mentor who wants to help you turn heads. 

I believe there are few things more crucial to survival in your career than a ride-or-die work bestie you can laugh with, cry to, and confide in (another being coffee in close proximity). 

Whether you’re just getting started in your career and need a trusted perspective, or an experienced leader who values continued development and wants to bring out the best in their team— my ‘past life’ (corporate lingo alert!) makes me uniquely equipped to coach professionals at all levels.

I mean, you can, but that probably won’t provide the outcome you’re looking for, because it's tough to be fully open when you're worried about how your situation might be handled or if your boss might find out in a way you're not comfortable with.

As a career coach focused on empowering individuals to create a brave, non-judgemental space where you can get it all off your chest without criticism, judgment, or potential backlash. Kind of like therapy, but for your job.
